2020 Flash Sale Form
Below is a short form created to help me gather more information about your order. Please keep in mind that the selected categories cannot be altered or changed and are subject to the ‘2020 Flash Sale’ guidelines.
Please review the bullet points for important information regarding the creation process, completion dates and shipping info. If you have any questions please ask them in the last section labeled “Questions?”
Categories below are suggested but NOT required.
If you would like to leave any of the categories empty giving the artist full creative control, please type “N/A” in the corresponding box.
Once the order details are collected an invoice summarizing your painting, along with any other details will be sent to you via email.
Please be as detailed as possible when providing information. Clients will NOT have the ability to approve designs or make further revisions once the painting is complete.
Paintings will be completed within a 6 to 8 week timeframe. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for shipping.
Shipping/tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the order is complete.
No refunds or returns unless damaged tin transit. All sales are final.
